These terms govern your access to and use of StudioOS, the studio management platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using StudioOS (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a studio or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update it when it changes.

StudioOS provides role-based access (owner, manager, staff and freelancer accounts). Studio owners are responsible for the access levels granted to members of their studio.

StudioOS provides studio management tools including bookings, quotations, customer management, scheduling, payments, team management, gallery delivery and operations reporting. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including: attempting to access another user's account or data without authorization, uploading malicious code, scraping or harvesting data, interfering with the operation of the Platform, or using the Platform for unlawful activity.

You are responsible for the content you upload, including photos, customer data and documents, and for ensuring you have the rights and consents required to store and share that content through the Platform.

Payment processing features (such as CCAvenue integrations) are provided through third-party payment gateways. Transactions between your studio and its customers are governed by the applicable payment gateway terms and your own studio policies.

StudioOS does not hold customer funds and is not a party to the commercial agreement between your studio and its customers.

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, documentation and any proprietary features, is owned by StudioOS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Platform to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or infringing on the rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your use poses a risk to the Platform or its users, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
