StudioOS respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to studio accounts and to customers of studios who use the Platform.

We collect data that you provide directly, including:

- Account information: name, email address, phone number, role and password (securely hashed).

- Studio information: studio name, business details and configuration.

- Operational data: bookings, quotations, customer records, schedules, payments, galleries and related content that you store in the Platform.

- Usage data: pages visited, features used and device/browser information.

We use the data we collect to:

- Operate, maintain and improve the Platform.

- Provide support, notifications and transaction-related communication.

- Send quotations, invoices and payment links on behalf of your studio.

- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud or security incidents.

- Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only where necessary: with payment gateways to process transactions, with service providers that help operate the Platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics), and with studios' authorized team members through role-based access.

Customer data entered by a studio belongs to that studio, and access is governed by the studio's account configuration.

Data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Transmissions are protected using industry-standard encryption in transit. Access to the Platform is authenticated and role-based. While we implement reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

You may access, correct or delete your account information at any time from your profile settings, or by contacting us. Customers of a studio may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting the studio or us directly. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.

The Platform uses cookies and local storage for authentication, preferences and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may export or delete your data by contacting us.
